Pete’s aim is to tailor the personal training sessions in Surrey to your needs, typically if you are looking to lose weight then the emphasis will be cardio vascular work, those wishing to tone will find more resistance exercises in the sessions, alternatively people wanting all round fitness can expect a combination of both.
Pete believes that most people fail at fitness due to the following: not putting enough effort into sessions, not training regularly, not prepared to put in hard work over the long term, lack of training knowledge and techniques leading to boredom, not pushing yourself out of the comfort zone due to lack of confidence, not enjoying exercising and not having enough time to fit it in. If any of these apply to you then Pete will show you how fitness can work for you.
He will help you succeed by making sure you give it 110% every session, giving you a structured programme to follow that will challenge you and motivate you to better yourself. His vast knowledge of techniques exercises will ensure that no two sessions are the same keeping them fresh and exciting. Diet advice is also given to you during the session to suit you and you lifestyle. Sorting out your diet is an important part of improving your fitness and losing weight. A lot of you who are reading this have probably tried loads of different diets, maybe a few different slimming clubs only to find that the weight has dropped initially and then come back on again. Pete will explain to you how to get your head round your diet to put you in control of it so rather than being dull and boring your diet will be a pleasure.

Pete’s philosophy is to consistently improve on the last session, always pushing your body to new limits, making you leaner, more toned, faster and increasing your metabolism to the point where you burn off everything you eat making it difficult for you to put on any weight.
